Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park, located in northern Tanzania, is one of the most famous and iconic wildlife destinations in the world. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Serengeti is renowned for its vast open plains, diverse wildlife, and the Great Migration, one of nature’s most spectacular events, where millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles traverse the plains in search of fresh grazing grounds.

The Serengeti is home to the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino) and an abundance of other species, including cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, and countless antelopes. Bird enthusiasts can enjoy over 500 bird species, such as ostriches, secretary birds, and crowned cranes.

The park’s diverse ecosystems include grasslands, woodlands, riverine forests, and kopjes, providing a range of habitats that support its incredible biodiversity. Whether you’re witnessing the drama of predator-prey interactions, marveling at the migration, or enjoying the serene landscapes, the Serengeti offers an unforgettable safari experience.
